Hello my friend,
Since October 7th, the Jewish People in Israel and around the world have been facing their most challenging times since the Holocaust.
No matter where we are in the world, and whether we are affected by the war in Israel or by the rise of antisemitism globally - we all feel powerlessness and frustrated that we cannot do more to help and contribute.
Already in the first week after the horrors of October 7th, the Global Network organized Special Support Meetups to be together and help each other in these difficult times and the women of our Community were volunteering in local initiatives around them to help and contribute as much as they could.
But very soon we felt that something was missing.
As entrepreneurs and business owners, the women of our Community have specific expertise, skill sets and a rich experience which could be very useful to support Israel and stand by the Jewish People - but none of these were used in their volunteering work.
That’s when we realised that the Women in our Community were an untapped resource that could be used to create a ripple effect of good. So, we conducted surveys and facilitated focus groups to understand together what would be the best way that the Women Entrepreneurs of our community could help using their expertise.
From our research and discussions, the idea was born to match business owners who want to volunteer their expertise with non profit initiatives who need those specific expertise, so that together they could grow their impact exponentially
We called it the Be Part of the Solution Initiative, and I invited Ilana Ivan who was an active member of our Community to join us to lead this initiative.
So, if you are a Jewish woman entrepreneur or leader and you want to feel part of something that’s both meaningful and impactful, or if you’re a non profit initiative or effort that is supporting Israel or the Jewish people that need help, we are inviting you to join us in this initiative.
And together we will create exponential impact to stand with Israel and contribute to the Jewish People together!

The Be Part of the Solution Initiative was born from the motivation and determination of the women in the Global Network to contribute to Israel's war efforts and to combat antisemitism around the world

Our team will review your Application and will start to identify potential matches based on skills, needs, and availability. We carefully consider each Application to ensure meaningful connections.
Step #3 - Make an Impact

Once matched, we will facilitate an Introduction Call where you'll meet your Matched Partner and you will receive tools to start working together effectively to optimize your joint impact.

👉 What are the criteria for a Business Owner to be selected?
👉 What are the criteria for a Business Owner to be selected?
In order to participate in The Be Part of the Solution Initiative, Business Owners need to fall under the following criteria:
- Be a Jewish Woman Entrepreneur, or a Business Owner, or a Leader
- Be part of the Global Network's Community, or interested to join
- Have experience or expertise in a specific field
- Want to contribute with your expertise
- Be available and have time to volunteer

In order to participate in The Be Part of the Solution initiative, Non Profit Initiatives need to fall under the following criteria:
- Being active in supporting the war effort in Israel
- Being active in combatting antisemitism around the world
- Being active in promoting Jewish Identity
- Have a need for an expertise, advice or mentorship
- Be part of the Global Network's Community, or interested to join
- Be small to medium size in the start up stage, and preferably led by women (but not a must)

As soon as we receive your Application Form, we will review your answers and if you fit the above criteria, we will identify possible matches.
Once we find a good potential match, both the Business Owner and the Non Profit Initiative will be invited to a call to get to meet your match and to match expectations from both sides, ensuring maximum impact
👉 As a Business Owner, how much time will I need to commit?

The time commitment is flexible and based on your availability. At a minimum you should be able to volunteer 2 hours per month, but we will discuss specific arrangements with your matched initiative.

We welcome entrepreneurs and business owners from all backgrounds, but some of the most requested areas of expertise include:
- Business Mentoring, Coaching, Consulting
- Marketing and communications
- Fundraising and grant writing
- Web development and digital strategy
- Project management
- Legal advice
- Financial management
- Social media strategy
If your expertise is in another area, you can still apply as we have diverse initiatives with various needs.

Yes! While many of our participants are already part of the Global Network, we welcome new members who are interested in joining our community. The Be Part of the Solution initiative is a wonderful way to get involved and connect with like-minded Jewish women professionals and impactful initiatives.

In the Global Network we believe in Impact and in Win - Win. That’s why, once you are selected as a match, whether as a Business Owner or Non Profit initiative, we will do our maximum to increase your visibility and exposure.
Once we start our collaboration, we will talk more in detail on the level of exposure that you will get.
